I spoke with the Joe Edge family who told me they had a terrible storm on Friday night. It was thunder, lighting, and very heavy rains with high wind. It turned over a large number of boats and there were several people missing. The Amazon is so big, it can almost create it's own hurricanes.
The Edges have faithfully served on the Amazon, planting churches and starting a Bible Institute. We thank the Lord for missionaries like the Edge family.
